Sick

This morning, when I woke up and went to get L ready for the day, I just knew he was not going to be able to handle going back to daycare today. He felt warm to me, like he still had a bit of fever, and he was CRANKY!
This is what my sick days are for, so I called in.Days like this make me so thankful for my fabulous coworkers, who I knew they would get somethings together for my kids and cover for me.
Hopefully L will be feeling better tomorrow. I feel bad to miss too many days of work, I worry about my students! I am needed in both places, I hate feeling torn between work and home.
