Its OVER...

...my summer that is.

It officially came to an end today. I've actually put in nearly 40 hours of my time in my classroom over the past week, but today was the first day I actually HAD to be at school. Our first day back on contract was spent in meetings.
It was a really great day. Our new principal really set the tone for the new year and the changes to come with a new administration, and I really think its all going to be great. I am not one who readily embraces change, but it really was time, and I think she is going to be phenominal!
